Hope UK.
'Hope UK' works with communities throughout the UK to prevent drug and
alcohol-related harm to children and young people. Drug awareness sessions are
available for children, young people and their parents. Training is provided for
children’s, youth, family and church workers, delivering information and
practical strategies for use in their work.
Hope UK’s hallmark is participation and flexibility – shaping sessions for the needs of the receiving group. Young people are encouraged to think through issues for themselves.
Tom's Trust is helping to establish a team of Drug Educators in the London Borough of Newham, an area where alcohol and drugs remain key drivers behind a significant proportion of the borough's crime and anti-social behaviour. www.hopeuk.org
